the perfect thing about this hotel was the price. first of all it was far from the center. taking car (we used yandex) to the center was between 800 to 1800 dram depending on time. 10 min of walking to the icon of city. just across there is a nice supermarket. for exchange you should walk 20 min to Yerevan supermarket. the room was quite large but no window to the out! just has a window to the hall. the room hadn't hairdryer. we asked for sleepers, the first time given, the second was told we didn't have! no one came for cleaning in 4 days. the breakfast was really poor. Don't even count on that.

This place was pretty standard. AC in the room and the room was really clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was very good, a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of Yerevan. Also, very close to Victory park. The pool is small but nice.

Lived and worked here for the whole month. Incredible breakfasts! Very friendly staff, always ready to help! Spacious rooms, big shower room and amazing view to the Ararat mountain. Huge thanks to the staff (if you read this). We really miss that month in the hotel, breakfasts and people.

Hotel staff is really friendly, Mukuch-at the reception very friendly. Room was really big with a balcony and a good spacious bathroom as well. Breakfast is basic, they must try adding more options. If you are vegetarian and don't eat eggs, it will be really difficult. The hotel is not near to the centre so you have to take taxi and they charge somewhere near 1000-2000 Drams. Centre is near to Mama Armenia which is a tourist spot, so you can just walk to see this one.

We were booked in Primer hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. It is a manageable hotel since we just went there in nights after touring the whole day. Couple of things to highlight: Pros - 1 - There is a supermarket opposite to the hotel, so very convenient for buying stuff 2 - Couple of fast food joints next door, to pick a quick bite 3 - Hotel is Near the Mother Armenia statue (Victoria Park) so easily walkable 4 - Breakfast was decent 5 - Rooms are pretty spacious Cons - 1 - The location is far from the centre and you need to take a cab which can cost you 1000-1500 AMD 2 - Housekeeping was really bad; housekeeping was done only the 1st day the rest of the days there was no housekeeping at all. Toiletries were not replenished. We had to go and ask for toiletries. The Garbage in the room and washrooms were not cleared at all till we left. 3 - Something about the beds and pillows; they were not very comfortable; not only us fellow travelers also complained about the same Like I said in the subject line, it’s a manageable hotel; it’s not great but not too bad too.
